BILLING POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In Addition, we offer PAYMENT PLAN (PATIENTFI, AFFIRM AND KLARNA). We do not accept insurance for our procedures. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.


SOME SERVICE MAY REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR SPOT

Deposit may varies depending on the service. Any deposit will go towards your service. (groupon voucher does not apply)

APPOINTMENT:

The appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit is received or PAID IN FULL unless other arrangement has been in advance.

FIRST VISIT – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow ample time to check in and complete intake paperwork.

LATE ARRIVAL – If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value.

LATE CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT – We have a 48-hour cancellation policy on all our services except Microshading. Late cancellations are subject to a fee or 50% of the service value, whichever is greater. Missed appointments are charged at full value.

Microshading and Lip Blush - Please ALLOW 7 DAYS for any Cancellation. Anything less than 7 cancellations will result in forfeiting your deposit or your card will be charged 50% of the service. A new deposit will be required to book again. I allow 1 TIME rescheduling.

REFUNDS – Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome.

Cancelation and & Scheduling on the same day of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and will not be refunded.

Tardy Policy: 10 Minute “grace period” before your appointment is rescheduled.

No Call/No Show: Loss of Deposit or 100% of the service value, whichever is greater.

SQUEEZE IN FEE MAY VARIES DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE.

If for any reason we reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. No charge will be applied.
